Mental health and resilience resources

The global Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact our daily lives through social distancing measures, travel restrictions, isolation from family and friends and shifting work arrangements, taking its toll on mental health. With restrictions still affecting Australia and New Zealand, the ASA continues to support its members by providing a list of resources below, to equip you and your family with resilience and support through these difficult times.
