What does the Vascular Surgeon needs to know?
With over 20 years experience working directly with Vascular Surgeons in public and private practice, James will pass on his knowledge and practical skills to help you scan and report on your findings, to answer the questions that the Doctor needs to know.
We will be covering the 3 primary duplex scans, that we often find that need to be repeated.
Carotid duplex scanning - Stenosis criteria and plaque classification.
Venous insufficiency studies - How to perform them efficiently and ergonomically.
Lower limb arterial duplex - Where to focus your attention
*Live scanning will be conducted throughout the day
