The draft standards are based on the ASA Endometriosis Clinical Guidelines (see below), translating the evidence-based recommendations into assessable professional competencies to support high-quality, consistent endometriosis ultrasound practice.

The Competency Framework and Standards for Endometriosis Ultrasound aim to establish a clear and consistent benchmark for advanced practice and will also inform the development of a future credential.

Your feedback will help to ensure that competency standards are clinically relevant, reflect contemporary practice and are clear, complete and applicable across all clinical settings.
