Martin Necas
Martin Necas is a specialist general and vascular sonographer and an associate clinical director of ultrasound at Waikato Hospital, in Hamilton. Martin is an ultrasound enthusiast, clinical instructor, university lecturer, researcher, and an author or co-author of 25 peer reviewed scientific papers and clinical guidelines as well as a textbook on artifacts in diagnostic ultrasound. Martin is a prolific conference speaker, having contributed over 250 presentations, workshops, and webinars. Martin’s main areas of interest include general, vascular, neonatal and contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Martin is a strong advocate for efficient, evidence-based and clinically targeted utilisation of ultrasound imaging.
Olwen Clarke-
Olwen is an experienced MSK Sonographer and is currently Charge Sonographer at SRG. She has been qualified in daignostic ultrasound for more years that she cares to remember and is passionate about learning and engaging with patient's and fellow sonographers
Paula Kinnane FASA
Paula Kinnane has been a sonographer for over 25 years and works as a lecturer in Obstetrics at Central Queensland University, and as a clinical sonographer at Royal Brisbane hospital in the maternal fetal medicine unit. She has a passion for education and today will present on Fundamental assessment of the Fetal heart
