WHY CHOOSE Central Queensland Radiology?

A coastal city of 50,000 people, Central Queensland is located about 500km north of Brisbane (or a 1-hour flight) and provides easy access to the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef. Living in here is all about the lifestyle: live close to the beach or choose to live more centrally – both are affordable options and you won’t spend hours commuting to and from work; spend time on the weekends exploring Islands, and enjoy snorkelling or scuba diving; or head inland and experience the National Parks, creeks and waterfalls by walking or four-wheel driving.

Career-wise, you’ll also be going ahead in leaps and bounds, with lots of opportunity for development - you’ll experience a mix of cases working in both a private practice setting and at Public Hospital. With the opportunity for overtime, shift allowances and on-call allowance, your earning potential is significantly higher than your peers who work in metropolitan settings.
