Many enterprise agreements for private and public health services industrial awards are registered with the Fair Work Commission. They can be found under ‘Awards & agreements’ on the Fair Work Commission website.

The Health Employees Medical Radiation Scientists (State) Award 2021 applies to sonographers who hold a B.MRS or B.ASc
The Health Employees (State) Award 2021 applies to all other state government employed sonographers.
